We know how important safety and cleanliness are for your peace of mind.

To keep you safe, we follow strict practices. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly disinfected after each use, and buffers and files are single-use and then discarded. We always use liners during pedicures for extra protection.

Our staff is trained in rigorous sanitization procedures, and we prioritize your safety by consistently using masks to protect both you and us.

  • At Palace Nails and Spa, we strive to ensure your nails look flawless. That's why we offer a complimentary nail repair service within the first week following your previous appointment. If you notice your nail beginning to chip or lift within this period, please don't hesitate to contact us for a nail repair appointment.

    It's important to note that the complimentary fix is intended for issues like chipping or lifting and is subject to certain conditions. It does not apply to nail repairs for broken nails or surface damage, such as scratches. Additionally, to qualify for the complimentary repair, the color and design must match the original nail service. Exceptions and limitations may apply based on individual circumstances.

    Please keep in mind that we may not always guarantee the availability of a specific nail technician for your repair. For confirmation, we recommend giving us a call ahead of time to schedule your appointment.

  • We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can pay for our services using debit/credit cards and cash. While we do accept Apple Pay, please note that this method may not always function properly. We recommend bringing alternate payment methods if possible to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction.

  • At Palace Nails and Spa, we are dedicated to creating a serene and enjoyable environment for all our valued guests. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that you use earphones when watching videos on your device or speaking on the phone. For the sake of hygiene and the comfort of all patrons, we do not allow food, including soup and nutrition bars, inside the salon. We also ask that you do not bring animals into our establishment.

    Please be aware that Palace Nails and Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior towards other clients or any member of our staff. Our commitment to maintaining a respectful and comfortable atmosphere is paramount, and we will take action in any situation we deem inappropriate. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a tranquil and welcoming environment for all.

  • Our salon operates on a schedule designed to ensure a smooth experience for all of our valued customers. If, due to the technician's pre-existing appointments, you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, your service, art, or design may be limited, or in some cases, your appointment may be terminated and treated as a same-day cancellation.

    While our skilled nail technicians do their utmost to provide the nail design or color you desire, please be aware that services will conclude at the scheduled hour to avoid conflicts with other appointments.

    In the event that an appointment is canceled on the same day or a customer arrives 20 minutes or more after the scheduled time, it will be treated as a Same-Day Cancellation.
